we were very pleased with the overall condition of the property. the house was very nice and the kitchen was stocked as well as my own home. however, the air conditioner for the first floor was not working properly and was uncomfortably warm during our entire stay. the property management company did send someone out as soon as they laerned of the problem and were always polite and helpful. also, the ice maker was not working so we had to buy ice everyday. we were traveling with children ages 2,3, and 4, as well as an older grandmother, so the 5 bedrooms and 3 floors came in handy for naps, etc. also we loved the 2nd floor living room with the tv/dvd- it made it much easier to entertain younger children while getting dressed for the evening. all in all we would stay at this propert again.
Manager Response We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and apologize again for the inconvenience with the A/C during your stay. We look forward to seeing you and the entire family again next year!

Excellent home. Great location. Floor plan downstairs is a little odd - to get out the back door you have to exit through a bedroom. It worked ok because we put teenagers in that room. We loved all the balconies even though there is little to no view of the ocean. The water is very close - maybe 200 yards down the path to the beach - but there are other properties blocking the view.
Manager Response Thank you for sharing with us. Information like this will help others in their descision to stay at the property. We hope to see you again!

I was unaware that there would be 50+ steps to get to beach. Fortunately we were all able bodied. The location is NOT handicap accessible. Also NO paper products are provided including filters for coffee maker, tp papertowels dish detergent. so bring your own. We were pleased that Publix was only a few miles away (toward Panama City) Kids loved going to the Sugar Shak. We rented bikes and the kids could ride all over. We felt very safe in our gated neighborhood. Pool is very small but it served its purpose as a dunking pool and I exercised in it every morning.
Manager Response The website has been changed to read 40 yards to the beach. This house is not advertised as being handicapped accessible. We do have some properties that are advertised that way. The stock in the houses are set up with the allowed allotment for each property and is stated as a "starter supply" in our guest rental agreement.
