With only 26 homesites and security gate, Water’s Edge has almost no car traffic.The first floor’s gathering space has wood floors and encompasses kitchen, living and dining rooms. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen TV, DVD/VCR and wifi. The kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. A retractable screen installed at the double front door allows insect-free breezes on cool evenings.Two bedrooms are downstairs, with 3 more on the second floor. Rosemary Beach Town Center is a mere 3 blocks to the east, with numerous options for shopping, dining and special events. Boutique shopping and dining can also be found at Watercolor and Seaside, approximately 7 miles to the west. Four major shopping, dining and entertainment destinations are within 30 miles. Grand Boulevard’s restaurants and shops are 21 miles west. Just two miles further is Silver Sands Factory Stores with over 100 designer names. Continue west for 5 more miles to Destin Commons, a premier lifestyle center anchored by Bass Pro Shops and 14-theater Rave Motion Pictures.
