A Week at the Blue Mountain Inn

After booking another property online and being unsatisfied upon arrival, Royal Beach & Golf Resort saved the day! They were able to change our reservation and book a room at Blue Mountain. The location and accomodations were wonderful. We plan on coming back next year and staying in the same condo. Thanks again Royal Beach & Golf Resort for a great week!!

Our stay was the absolute best!!!! We had the most beautiful condo with 3 bedrooms. It was very spacious, spotless, and comfortable with great balconies. There were access locks for the parking garage, pool, and wonderful white sand beach that was only a very short walk from the condo. The full kitchen had everything needed to prepare the best meals to save money. This was a very safe resort with friendly guest and workers. We love the location and the convenience.

The location and condo were great. Negatives were the hassle over the need to have a red tag for parking, which was not provided when we checked in, nor was the agency aware that they had had them for two years. We were threatened with having our car towed. Also the code for the pool and beach changed on the 4th and not sure if we hadn't called the agency we would have been informed. Recommend kitchen facet be replaced. Overall, very satisfied with condo, location and convenience to beach.
Manager Response Pool and beach codes are changed periodically and rental agencies are not always informed as soon as they are changed. The attendants at the Inn are always understanding about this situation and do accommodate our guests. We have not had any guests cars towed and the attendants at the Inn are accommodating to our guests. We appreciate their assistance.
