“Beachside Villas 1123” is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd floor condo located just between Destin and Panama City Beach along the quite area of Scenic 30-A. When you walk into the unit, you will walk into comfort. The décor of this property is contemporary style to welcome you to your vacation destination.
The family room offers a queen-size sofa sleeper, and love seat with cable/TV/DVD. From the living room there is access to the covered patio with seating which overlooks one of the community pools.
The dining room that seats 6 is a wonderful place to play a friendly board game or master the art of dominoes. There are also two bar stools at the breakfast bar adjacent to the fully stocked kitchen. The master suite has a king-size bed, private bath, cable/TV, and access to the large covered porch with seating for a cup of morning coffee.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and television. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with television. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Each bedroom boasts a cool, yet calm color that lets you wake each morning excited to start another day of vacation at the beach!
Beachside Villas complex is a family oriented community, with two pools (one heated for winter use), lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard. Right outside this unit is access to one of the many grilling areas, as well as a "fishing hole" to entertain the kids.
There are also a biking and hiking paths around the community. Included in your stay enjoy the complimentary free adult bike cruiser and unlimited DVD rentals, plus exclusive discounts on golf and fishing. For those that are here that like to spend long days at the beach, Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental. For the working vacationers, Beachside Villas 1123 offers Wi-Fi free of charge.
You can enjoy the local flavor within a few miles to the town of Seaside, Rosemary and Grayton Beach. Enjoy the quaint shops and restaurants while staying in this three bedroom, two bath condo at the most beautiful beaches in the world. All rates and/or descriptions are subject to change. The stay was good. We had an immediate issue with the keys not unlocking the door... we called the rental place and they came over right away to assist. Then as we were unpacking (within 15 min.) The maintenance guy was there replacing the locks for us. Very quick and nice. Would recommend for an affordable stay on the cheap!

Had a great week. General condition of unit was very good. Living room cramped due to large furniture. Tiles coming up in kitchen and baths. Noisy from upstairs neighbors. Great community pool. Great location--next year may choose building closer to boardwalk. Thanks for the great vacation!

This was a clean unit, but the shower heads in both bathrooms need to be replaced. They spray everywhere and one of them has very little water coming out. It makes for a bit of a messy/frustrating shower experience! The unit was clean, well located and the management was helpful both times I called. There was a fair amount of noise coming from the unit above & next door, so renters should know that not all guests remain conscious of their noise carryover. Love the proximity to the beach.
