Both bedrooms are served by a hall bath, which has been completely updated as well, and features a glass-enclosed combination tub/shower and single vanity.
Cassine Garden is a tranquil, lushly landscaped retreat located on the north side of Scenic Highway 30A. Its amenities include two community pools, tennis courts, basketball hoop, nature trails, fishing pond and bike paths. It is within walking or biking distance to several local restaurants including Angelina’s, Cocoon’s, Café Thirty A, and Flip Flops.
Included in your stay enjoy the complimentary free adult bike cruiser and unlimited DVD rentals, plus exclusive discounts on golf and fishing. You can bike down the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile long paved pedestrian and bike path running past Cassine Garden along the length of Scenic Highway 30A - from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach.
The towns of Watercolor and Seaside are about two miles to the west. Several more shopping, dining and entertainment destinations are within 20 miles. Just 13 miles east, along Highway 98, is Grand Boulevard, with Silver Sands designer outlet two miles further. Five miles past that is Destin Commons, a premier lifestyle center anchored by Bass Pro Shops and Rave Motion Pictures. Panama City’s Pier Park is 16 miles east, with over a million square feet of specialty shops, retailers, and restaurants - plus Grand Theatre.

We arrived in town early after a hard drive in a down pour of rain. The nice people at Royal Beach Rental let us check into our condo early. It was adorable,so nice & clean! We had everything we needed. We loved it!

Location was great, but there were several "turn-off's" that will make me think twice about renting this unit again unless I'm reassured a few things have been "fixed". First impressions mean so much, and as soon as we opened the door and walked inside we were overcome by the odor of stale smoke. There had been a renter immediately prior to us, so it's possible they violated the "no-smoking" rule, but it was a turn-off. Then I dropped a set of keys and they slid under the sofa. We moved the sofa out and were disgusted by the old food, debris, crumbs, dust. We were committed to keeping the unit so we didn't have much choice at that point. Also - the washer/dryer closet were locked. We used the washer and dryer in another unit where family was staying, but it was our understanding that the washer/dryer came with the unit. Other than that, great location, great location in Cassine very close to the beach access/pool. We will be coming back to Cassine, just not sure it will be that unit.

the unit never gets cool even with thermostat down to 68. always feels muggy.
