| Description | Seaquell Cottage offers a relaxing retreat, just the right setting for your vacation on the Emerald Coast. This lovely home is just 75 yards to the community pool and 150 yards down a cobblestone road to the private deeded beach walkover. The second floor has two balconies, a living area with a large dining room table with seating for everyone! Beautiful hardwood floors and amazing décor with bright, colors, quality furnishings and appliances, and all of the electronics you will need to feel at home. Located near Seacrest Beach, you are close to many interesting communities such as Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Seagrove. These communities that are all along Scenic 30A have a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment for children and adults. Golf courses nearby in Panama City are Hombre and Bay Pointe . Pier Park is a new center on Panama City Beach that has something to offer everyone. There is a Grand movie theater, restaurants, and shopping, all in a tropical setting. In Sandestin there is Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall that is the largest of its kind in the country. Grand Boulevard has fine dining restaurants that will whet the appetite of everyone. There are specialty shops for the ladies---they can shop till they drop! Beds are: 2 queens, 1 full, 4 twins, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Great week for our families. Maintenance needs some attention though.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed plenty of room and nearby amenities. Our prayers are with the community to keep those beautiful beaches as lovely as they were during our visit.

we had a such a wonderful time. the house was spacious and well laid out. i loved spending time out on the balcony reading and watching my kids playing safely outside.
