The first floor has an open, spacious living area with wood floors and high ceilings. It encompasses kitchen, living and dining areas, allowing for lots of family gathering space. Ample windows let in an abundance of natural light, and upscale furnishings enhance the coastal cottage mood. The kitchen has generous cabinets and counter space, including a breakfast bar with seating for four. The pine farmhouse table comfortably seats six.

The secluded queen bedroom on the first floor has private access to the hall bath with walk-in shower and pedestal sink. The second floor has three additional bedroom suites, including bunkroom, a second queen bedroom and king master. The master has a private covered balcony with partial gulf views and a luxurious bath with deep, jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. All baths have granite countertops. An additional king master suite awaits on the third floor, with its own gulf-view balcony, private bath and wet bar.

Rosemary Beach Town Center is a mere three blocks to the east, with numerous options for shopping, dining and special events. Boutique shopping and dining can also be found at Watercolor and Seaside, approximately seven miles to the west. Four major shopping, dining and entertainment destinations are within 30 miles, including: Grand Boulevard, Silver Sands Factory Stores, Destin Commons, and Pier Park.Golfers can choose from a number of award-winning courses nearby, including Camp Creek, Shark’s Tooth, Origins and Santa Rosa Beach Golf and Beach Club.
