From the navy and white stripes in the kitchen to the cool turquoise of the living and dining furnishings, you’ll know you’re near the beach as soon as you arrive. The main living area is on the first floor, with efficient kitchen, living and dining areas sporting light tile floors. After a day at the beach, you can relax on the sofa in front of the TV with DVD/CD player. Everyone can dine together at the adjacent table for six, then burn off some calories on the tennis courts just past the covered patio.Upstairs are two bedrooms, one king and one queen. They share a hall bath with separate vanity area. Cassine Garden is a townhome community in Seagrove Beach directly across from public beach access on Scenic Highway 30A. Guests may choose from a host of amenities, including two pools, tennis courts, basketball court, nature trail, fishing pond and picnic area - all serenely nestled within lush green surroundings. It is within walking or biking distance to many shopping and dining options along 30A. Cocoon’s Deli is in the next block with gourmet food to go. Pick up a pizza and rent a movie at Seagrove Plaza, just a half-mile away. Rent a bicycle at the nearby bike shop and enjoy a leisurely ride along the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile long paved pedestrian and bike path running past Cassine Garden along the length of Scenic Highway 30A - from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach. The towns of Watercolor and Seaside are about two miles to the west. Several more shopping, dining and entertainment destinations are within 20 miles. Grand Boulevard’s restaurants and shops are only 13 miles west. Just two miles further is Silver Sands Factory Stores with over 100 designer outlets. Five miles past that is Destin Commons, a premier lifestyle center anchored by Bass Pro Shops and Rave Motion Pictures. Watch out when you rent bikes.

If you rent bikes beware... bikes are stolen constantly in the Seaside area. Ours was stolen right in front of the restraunt we were eating at. It will cost you $350.00 if they don't find it. The bike rental shop gives you one bicycle lock. We rented four bikes. Make sure you get a lock for each bike. Also, the beds in this particular unit were awful. We woke up with neck and back pain every morning. Bring your own pillow. No full length mirror in the entire unit. Bring toilet paper. We were there for eight days and they only provide one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. You will share one shower. Other than those things, the unit was nice and accomidating. Watch the kids play tennis from you patio. The pool is right next door.
Manager Response Thank you for your comments regarding you stay at Cassine Gardens. It is unfortunate that you had an issue with the bikes during your stay. We confirmed that our preferred Bike Vendor Big Fish does provide a lock for each bike rented, and unfortunately you had rented through Butterfly Bike Rentals which only provides 1 lock. In regards to your stay at Cassine Gardens, in the future please let us know immediately of any issues you might have with the property. Our Guest Services representative contacted your party the day after arrival and also the day before departure to see how everything was going with your stay, and there was no mention of any issues. We were told that everything was great! You also had extended your stay an additional day because you were enjoying your vacation so much. If we had known of the problems you were having, we would definitely do what we could to correct the issues so that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We do offer the initial set up of toilet paper and other kitchen and bathroom products to cover our guests until they get to the grocery store. A "Welcome Card" is placed on the kitchen counter with the amenities explaining it is only the starter service. We also have this information in our Guest Rental Agreement so that you can bring additional products with you for your stay. We hope that you will stay with Royal Beach Rentals again and we appreciate your comments.UPDATE: The pillows have been replaced in the property. There was and still is a full length mirror on the inside of the closet door. In regards to the mattress, the King is a firm matress and the Queen is a softer matress. The owners thought it would be best to have one of each since so many people have different preferences. Matress pads have been added to each bed for additional comfort.
