We found Pool's Paradise to be a nice home in Seacrest. We did however find the home to be noisey as sound traveled from the lower floor up to top level. The bedroom doors have a lot of space between them and the floor which allows noises into each bedroom. The upper level had rotten chairs on it's deck which we reported and were told they would be replaced. The pool man unclogged the filter and the pool was much better after he did that. A lot of pine trees around the pool add to the problem. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it every night except for the one night when we went out. Two refrigerators would be helpful. Manager Response Thank you for sharing the problems during you recent visit. As with most florida homes there will be a gap between the door and the floor to allow air flow throughout the property. We are replacing the wooden adirondack chairs.

Our family had a wonderful week at Pool's Paradise in Seacrest Beach!!! The house was awesome!! We loved the neighborhood. We rented bikes and it was a great place for the kids to ride. The only complaint was the king beds (not in the master bedroom) were not comfortable. Everything else was great!! I would totally recommend this house to everyone!!! My 5 year old wants to live there. Thanks Royal Beach & Golf Resorts.

The location of this beautiful house makes it convenient to Rosemary and Alys Beaches as well as Panama City and Destin. The neighborhood is peaceful. The backyard pool is great, the community pool is huge, and the beach is just a 5 minute walk or golf cart ride away. Lots of green spaces in the community to walk or play games. This house is the perfect getaway. Can't wait to come again!

From the moment we drove into this amazing neighborhood we knew we had made the right choice. The home was beautifully decorated, neat, clean and we felt right at home. The pool was amazing, we had a great time playing in it every day. The kids loved that they could ride bikes everywhere...and so did we! We will be back, thanks Royal Beach & Golf Resorts for an amazing home.
