The spacious dining table with seating for 6 is the perfect to share family meals. The chef in the family will love the upgraded kitchen with lots of counter space, gratine counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Prepare a picnic lunch of create a masterpiece while the family gathers around in the breakfast bar sharing conversation.
The French doors from the second floor are your gateway to a wonderful balcony with a teak dining table and lounge chairs. Relax and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or have a wonderful dinner while the sun sets over the beautiful white sand beaches.
On the 2nd level is a terrific queen bedroom which is complete with beautiful décor. Sleep late or enjoy access to the patio from the private entrance to the deck. Take a relaxing shower or soak in the private bath.
The children will love the wonderful twin bedroom which is a great room to rest after a fun filled day on the beaches or playing in one of the community pools. The twin bedroom has a private bathroom as well.
Watersound Beach Club is available for an additional fee. The beach club includes access to the private beach club pool, restaurant, and beach services at the club.

Condo was great for us and 3 children. It was spacious, clean and decorated very nicely. The location right by the pool was great and allowed us to use the grills by the pool to cook dinner while the kids swam.

My husband and I recently stayed at Lookout by the Sea II for five days in May 2012. Everything about the condo was fabulous; it's location, comfortable living space, well appointed kitchen, and professional management company. We plan to return again in 2013, if not earlier.

Forgot to sign the guest book but wanted to let owners and rental co know that the condo is lovely. It might be helpful to note on the website that it is a first floor unit - that might appeal to some and might make those of us like our family realize that the view might not be the best. Property was very comfortable but was missing an ironing board. Also might be nice to put in some nice shelves in the one unlocked closet next to the kitchen because there is no cupboard space for groceries. We left beach chairs there for other families to use in the future. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
