This cozy unit has a balcony off the living room that overlooks the shops of Gulf Place and a canopy of palm trees. The living room itself has an overstuff sofa sleeper, laminate wood floors, and a small dining table with two chairs. A 45” flat-screen TV and DVD player is the perfect place to relax in the evening with a movie. There’s also a small stereo system, ceiling fan and storage closet.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed, stylish wicker furniture, spacious closet, and a 22” flat-screen TV. The bathroom is artfully decorated, with chrome fixtures, tile floors and a single vanity with a Corian countertop. It has a full bath and shower combination.

Beach access is just across 30A. You’ll see the parking lot before the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access #39. A men’s and women’s room, water fountain, picnic area and 3 outdoor showers make this access especially convenient.
