I loved the location, it was away from all the busyness. My girls loved the bikes.The third floor ocean view gave us lots of sun and a beautiful sunset view. The only complaint was the dryer did not get hot.

We had an awesome week staying at Seamist #12! The view of the beach from the balcony is incredible! The outdoor furniture allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee at the table or just reading and relaxing in the other chairs. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is also pet friendly, so we were able to take our two little dogs and they loved it, too! We absolutely plan to return to Seamist # 12 and would recommend it to anyone.

Had a wonderful visit to the coast on Hwy 30A! Condo in a beautiful quiet location. Lacked a few household items...condo needs a little "sprucing up" and definitely needs blackout curtains in bedroom! Management fantastic!!! Will use them in the future.
