This nicely decorated 1st floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath Beachside Villa condo is that perfect combination of natural beauty and convenience. The stunning turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast are just steps away from this charming condo, as are all the fun and excitement of 30A. This single-story condo is just 150 yards from the beach and about a half-mile from 30A and the scenic Timpoochee bike trail.
Enter the condo through the breezeway and step into the living room decorated with gorgeous original art pieces and custom drapes. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, two captain chairs and TV with DVD player. The sliding glass door opens onto the spacious patio with table and chairs. The floors throughout the condo are tile.
Just off the living room is the dining area with seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen offers plenty of counter space and seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a king bed with nightstands and reading lamps on either side. A ceiling fan will keep the room cool, and a 28-inch flat-screen TV will keep you entertained. The bedroom connects to its own full bathroom with a tub and shower combo and single vanity.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with a wonderful beach decor. Between them is a nightstand with a single lamp. Just outside in the hall is a full bathroom with tub and shower combo and single vanity sink.
The condo offer a washer and dryer for convenience.
Parking is available in front of the condo and beach access is just around the building. Here you’ll find an outdoor shower –the perfect place to rinse and cool off before coming inside.

Enjoy your free bike cruiser along the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile long, paved path running the length of Scenic Highway 30A. Great value for someone looking to stay near the hustle of Seaside and not spend a fortune. I would have given 5 stars across the board had it not been for a few little glitches. If we find ourselves back in Seaside, we'll stay here again.

The management company was very helpful in correcting minor issues. The location was fabulous since we vacationed from Panama City to Destin. The property was represented well even though it was further from the beach access than we understood but I see this is a common complaint with off the beach rentals. The property had some minor maintenance and cleaning issues but it was a dog friendly property.

The unit should provide items such as glass cleaner/409/laundry soap/additional dishwasher soap/paper towels/toilet paper. I would be willing to pay a per use fee for these items. Because these items were not available - I had to go to the store to purchase them/and then transport them home. If these items were available, it would be easier for renters to keep the place clean and tidy. A week is a long time to stay somewhere with no cleaning supplies.Also, this unit needs more towel hooks in the bathrooms. I purchased my own to hang up damp towels - rather than have them laying on the floor or bathtub. Additionally, the tv in the master bedroom should be upgraded, it is outdated. Otherwise the unit was clean, the complex spotless, and the location great!!!
