The split floorplan assures privacy. To one side is the master, with a wall of gulf-facing windows, plus veranda access. A king bed with two seagrass chairs, TV and gulf views. The bath has a large travertine shower with body jets, deep jetted tub, wide dual vanity and two large walk-in closets.
To the other side are two additional bedrooms, plus office nook. The queen bedroom enjoys a wall of gulf-facing windows, plus balcony access. The private bath has a combination tub/shower plus single granite-topped vanity. The twin bedroom’s private bath is divided into private bathing area and separate vanity area. An alcove between the two bedrooms houses a built-in desk with wifi and bookcase stocked with board games.
Enjoy the many amenities of WaterSound Beach, including free use of The Crossings community pool. WaterSound Beach Club access is available for a nominal fee, as are kayak rentals, fishing, tennis courts and fitness club use.
WaterSound Beach is located on the 19 mile Timpoochee Trail, a paved pedestrian/bike path running the entire length of Highway 30A. The condo was beautiful and the view was great. Quite a hike to the beach. There was some confusion with our beach chairs, but we took care of it. The most annoying thing happened the last day. Workers started hammering at 8:00 a.m., built scaffolding and were on our balcony when we got up. We could not enjoy our morning coffee on the deck, and when we came back for a late lunch, they were still would have been nice if they could have taken care of that maintenance when no one was there. Overall, lovely development.

The only thing lacking is the lack of potholders and a few other kitchen items we could not find. Other than that, it was great!
