Towering 4 stories high, with over 4,000 square feet of living area, plus 3,400 square feet of porches and decks, Hawk’s Landing stands impressive on its corner site. There is one bedroom on the first floor, three on the second and two on the fourth – including the large master. All bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. The third floor is dedicated to gathering space and includes substantial living and dining areas and large kitchen. We come to Grayton often and Hawks Landing was one of our favorite locations. We had a family reunion with 25 people (we had a second smaller house a block away) and Hawks Landing was perfect for our gathering. The staff was great. The weather was great. Even my extended family was great.

Family vacation with 22 members, including 9 kids. All dined at HL. 19 slept at HL. Enjoyed decks and second frigerator. Wifi out all week, but Royal Beach kept trying. RB solved other minor issues promptly. Great Beach!

The location of this house is wonderful. The size and amenities in all 6 rooms is great. We could never figure out who stocked the Kitchen. We had to go buy pans large enough to cook spaghetti noodles for 12, and a bowl for salad. There were no "large" anythings in the kitchen. A house that is as large as this, needs some larger things. There is plenty of cabinet space, but they are empty. They do have 3 small pans that you could cook smaller batches, but only a 4 eye stove. Like I said," who does the Math?" The gas grill was taken apart and had rusted. There was gas there, but grill was not operable. The wifi did not work. I had read on a comment from earlier June that is was not working when they were there, so I emailed the rental company to please make sure it was working. It was not, we called and they never did anything about it. My daughter spent about 15 hrs sitting in Starbucks so she could do some work. It was the only thing that really bothered me about the rental because nothing was ever done to fix the situation. If I had not been spending quality time with my family these thing would have been a big issue.

Great house! There were only a few issues we felt could be improved : *The dryer took three different cycles to dry anything. It definitely needs to be replaced or fixed. *It would have been more convenient if there was a drop box for the keys at the house at check out. The house would be locked, but you wouldn't have to drive to the rental place. *The carpets had lots of stains. I'm sure that comes with high traffic through a rental place. We have just never noticed them as much at the other places we have stayed. *The kitchen needs restocking on some essentials - measuring cups and spoons and cookie sheets mainly. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. Overall, we had a great stay.
