Each of the four bedrooms in Hawk’s Perch has its own private bath. A half-bath is just off the hallway from the dining and living room. Three of the bedrooms have king beds, and one bedroom is equipped with two twin beds.

The first bedroom is on the second floor. It has a king bed, spacious closet, reading chair, a TV with a DVD/VHF player. The bath has a walk-in shower and granite vanity countertop.

The laundry has a front-loading washer and dryer, ironing board and iron is located off the living room.

The second bedroom is on the third floor and has two single beds with gorgeous wrought-iron frames and a large closet. The private bath has a walk-in shower, granite vanity countertop, porcelain sink and a closet. The third bedroom is the master suite has a king bed, beautiful original art work, bureau, reading chair , a TV and a closet.

The private bath has a Jacuzzi tub with an incredible view of the beach, a walk-in shower with two shower heads, travertine tile floors, and a vanity with a granite countertop. Step out onto the deck, for a great view of the Gulf and Grayton beach.

The fourth bedroom has a king bed, TV with a DVD/VHF player, bureau, chair closet and Patio. The private bath offers a shower/tub combo and a granite vanity.
