The house was beautiful. the rental staff was very helpful and called to check on us several times to see if we needed anything. The grill was out of gas and the ignitor didn't work. the maintance man said he had worked on the grill many times and brought us a lighter to start the grill. The quality of the house and price to rent I would expect a better grill. Buy a new grill. The kitchen had ants and cockroaches. the chairs in the dining room were coming apart.
Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the location of the house and the house itself.

Directions from Panama City airport were
completely wrong. Garage doors didn't function properly. Teflon-coated cookware is scratched and should be replaced with non-teflon coated pans. Labeling of light and fan switches would be helpful; there are so many and very confusing to identify.

The kitchen was ill-equipped which was a disappointment as we enjoy eating in throughout the week. In addition, we experienced a gas leak and the electricity was cut off due to non-payment by the owner. This was extremely unexpected given the cost of this property. The master bathroom upstairs had extensive mildew which we cleaned ourselves with spraying a little bleach - again, something that is unexpected at this type of property.

Overall, we really enjoyed the house, the view, and the location. It would have been nice if there were a few more basic amenities like a stereo system that worked, soap/shampoo shelves in the showers, and a better quality gas grill.
