“Aweigh From Home” is the perfect family home…great for family reunions or a gathering of friends together. This house sleeps 25 with 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths in the main house and a carriage house offering 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths that can be rented seperately during the winter season.
“Aweigh From Home” is conveniently located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. With approximately 250 yards to the beautiful emerald coast beaches and views of the water from the tower, you can sit and relax and feel like you are in your home “Aweigh From Home”.
The 1st floor offers a room with 2 Queen size beds and a room with two sets of bunk beds. There is a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub for these 2 bedrooms to share. There is also a King size bedroom with private bath. You can also access the guest house from this level.
The main house 2nd floor offers a spacious open area living room with sleeper sofa, sitting area, dining table that seats 10 people and a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar that seats 3. A second story side grilling deck is located right off the kitchen and has a built in gas grill that overlooks the pool area with access to the 1st floor pool area. There is also a washer and dryer. In addition, a half bath for convenience is located on the 2nd floor. On the main house living area, there is a Master Suite located on this level that offers a King size bed, private sitting area, and the master bathroom. The Master Suite also has a private balcony and full size sleeper sofa. You can also access the guest house from the main area.
The 3rd floor offers 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed.
The 4th floor offers a tower with sitting area. The gulf views from the tower deck are the icing on the cake.
In addition to the main house, the carriage house offers 2 stories of modern décor. The 1st floor offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops and state of the art appliances. The living area includes a sleeper sofa and dining table that seats 4 and additional seating at the bar for 4. The 1st floor also offers a full bath. The guest house has a private entrance and offers direct access to the private pool. There is access to the main house that can be locked for privacy.
The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathroom. Both bedrooms offer a King and Queen Size size bed. There is also a washer and dryer located in the hall. You can access the main house living area from this level.
To cool off after a warm summer day, dive into the 15x30 foot private pool with jacuzzi. The pool area is completely secluded so you can soak in the sun on the deck which is right out the back door. The pool can be heated for a fee.
Aweigh From Home is a fantastic place for a small wedding. Events are an additional fee.

Located in Seagrove you are just a walk to shops and dining. Very close to Seaside and Watercolor, you can take a bike ride, enjoy cafes, restaurants, great shopping, and outdoor concerts.
Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall is a short ride on Hwy 98 and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin has great restaurants and shopping! Pier Park in Panama City Beach is a pleasant ride east on Hwy 98. For the golfers in the group contact us for specials and discounts.

We stayed here with 5 families- 10 adults and 14 children. The house is very spread out and spacious, so it was easy for everyone to have their own space without feeling crowded. All areas of the home were well maintained, very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outdoor areas are well furnished and we spent many nights on the front porch and on the rooftop deck. The pool is large for a rental home and the pool deck has plenty of space. My only complaints (and these are minor considering the overall experience) would be the wifi and the pool heat, both of which we had to call about during our stay because they were not working. Although our calls were responded to quickly, and very professionally, if you read back thru the reviews for the home these items are common complaints about this home. It would seem that a more permanent fix is needed.

We had a really nice time! There were some areas of the house that could use repair (bathrooms), the pool heat did not work, and we had some issues connecting to the Internet. Overall it's a nice property an in a very good location.

We felt very much like we were staying in someone's special home. Our daughter was married that weekend and it was a center of gathering for our family. We laughed cried sang and cooked our hearts out. There was EVERYTHING and more to meet our needs, especially in the kitchens. The only thing we didn't like was the alarm on the door by the pool. We has several issues that came up during our stay. The most annoying experience is that at check in the main television cable was not working. We reported this problem at check in and the matter still was not resolved at the end of our stay. It was very disappointing because we got a a lot if rain during our stay. There was excuse after excuse why it was not fixed. We also had a very bad ant problem but that was resolved quickly. The property and location is excellent.
