To show our appreciation for booking your stay with us, we’ve created the Royal Amenity Program, featuring discounts and bonuses designed to make your visit as relaxed, fun-filled and memorable as possible.

The Royal Amenity Program is available to guests staying with us for 30 days or less, and includes:

• One free adult bike cruiser rental per night of stay

Cruise along 30A With free daily use of one adult cruiser bicycle

Enjoy free use of one adult cruiser bicycle for each day of your stay (limited to visits of 30 days
or less, please), provided through Big Fish Bike Rentals. To reserve your bike, please contact
Big Fish Bike Rentals at 850- 231-1343, or at www.bigfishbikerentals.com and have your Royal Beach Rentals reservation number handy.

In addition to cruisers, Big Fish offers a wide selection of bicycles for rent - including mountain bikes, trikes, tandems and trailers. When reserving your complimentary bike, you will also have the opportunity to arrange rentals for your entire party. With Big Fish’s free delivery, your bikes can be waiting at your rental upon your arrival. As an added bonus, Big Fish offers a 10% discount on bikes reserved at least 10 days in advance.

Bicycling along Scenic Highway 30A is extremely popular. The Timpoochee Trail, a paved pedestrian/bicycle path, runs its entire 19-mile length, past rare coastal dune lakes and through picturesque coastal neighborhoods. Many casual shopping and dining locations dot the trail, eliminating parking hassles and offering a leisurely way to enjoy the area.

Enjoy unlimited DVDs from the kiosk located outside our office, using the card provided to you at check-in. Choose from a wide selection of movies for the occasional rainy day, or to relax after a full day of sunning or shopping. Choose from both family favorites and new releases.

To help ensure the best selection for all our guests - especially during peak season – we ask that DVDs be limited to two at a time and be returned promptly after viewing.

Kelly Plantation, Destin

Located in Destin along the shore of Choctawhatchee Bay, this 18-hole semi-private course is rated 4 ½ stars by Golf Digest, Designed by Fred Couples, Kelly Plantation Golf Course offers panoramic bay views, lush landscaping and meticulously manicured fairways.

Baypoint Golf Club, Panama City Beach, FL

The Nicklaus - The Nicklaus Course at Bay Point premiered in fall 2005, as Northwest Florida ’s only Nicklaus-designed course. Travel + Leisure Golf named this course one of the most worthy redesigns and notable debuts in the state of Florida. Readers of Corporate and Incentive Travel Magazine voted the Nicklaus a 2007 Greens of Distinction Winner. The par-72 course measures more than 7,100 yards. The course offers a dramatic and enjoyable challenge for novice and avid golfers. It incorporates the natural terrain of scrub oaks, pines and salt-water marshes and offers panoramic views of St. Andrew's Bay.

The Meadows- The Meadows Course at Bay Point is pure country club, the kind of golf course you’ll enjoy playing day after day and one for which visitors return to year after year. Its occasionally tight fairways, numerous bunkers and lakes provide an ever-changing set of challenges. Boasting 6,913 yards, it has the length to test the best golfer's distance. Even its advanced tees offer challenge as seen in handicap ratings which range from a 73 at the Ladies' Tees to a 73.3 at the Championship tees.

Royal Amenity Program guests receive a preferred guest rate of $79.00 per person at the Nicklaus Course and $49.00 per person at The Meadows Course during the summer season. Be sure to take advantage of the discounts available for equipment rentals. Rates are subject to change.

Camp Creek, Seagrove Beach

Chosen by Golf Magazine as one of their Top 10 Florida courses, Camp Creek Golf Club was only recently opened to limited non-member use. Designed by Tom Fazio, Camp Creek is a rare “core” course, with no homes to distract from the stunning coastal geography and vegetation. Windswept Dunes, Freeport

Large fairways and wide greens are set against dramatic dunes rising to heights of 20 feet at the apt-named Windswept Dunes just north of Choctawhatchee Bay. Designed by Doug O’Rourke, this is the longest course in the state, and encompasses over 700 secluded acres.

Reel in a big one

Enjoy inshore gulf and bay fishing aboard a 22’ center-console flats boat with room for five anglers. A consistent winner of Destin’s annual Fishing Rodeo, Captain Brandon will take anglers of all ages to his secret fishing spots culled over 15 years’ experience.  Trips of 4, 6 and 8 hours are available.

The following restriction apply:

Amenity Program is available for rentals less than 30 days in duration.

• Amenity Program is available to paid guests age 18 and older.
• Amenity Program is provided for the sole enjoyment of our guests and is not redeemable for cash.
• Amenity Program is non-cumulative, non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The use of Amenity Program is based upon the number of nights booked, beginning on the date of check-in and ending on the day prior to the date of departure.
• Complimentary nights are excluded from Amenity Program.
• Free bicycle rental must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and requires signed rental agreement
  with Big Fish Bike Rentals.
• Golf discounts are for play only and not available for merchandise.
• Services are subject to weather, maintenance and availability and therefore not guaranteed. There are
  no refunds in the event of inclement weather or equipment malfunction.
• Lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the guest and will be billed to the guest’s credit card, based upon the item’s MSRP.
• Unreturned DVDs will be billed at $30 each.
• DVD rental card must be returned at check-out.
